Once we confirm, we'll send you the return address and instructions. Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and with their original tags. Approved refunds or exchanges are processed within 14 days of your return arriving and being checked. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back, as returns are handled by our fulfilment warehouse and not our office address.

We favour considered, lower-impact materials such as TENCEL™ lyocell, eco cotton and soft modal, selected for their comfort, durability and gentler footprint.
