Where we ship from
Orders are stored, packed, and shipped from our fulfilment warehouse operated by our logistics partner in Estonia. We are an Estonian company shipping across Europe and beyond.
Processing time
Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within a few business days of being placed. Please note that our warehouse processes shipments on business days only, and processing may take a little longer during sale periods, product launches, or busy times. You will receive a confirmation once your order ships.
Delivery times and costs
Delivery times and shipping costs depend on your destination and the carrier selected at checkout. Estimated costs and timeframes are shown during checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as transit is handled by third-party couriers.
Tracking
Where tracked shipping is used, you will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.
Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)
For shipments outside the customer's customs territory, any import duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance, or handling fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. Please check your local rules before ordering.
Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
