Thank you for shopping with les aristochats. We want you to love your pieces. Please read our return and refund process carefully, as it differs slightly from standard shops because our items are stored and shipped from a dedicated fulfilment warehouse.
Contact us first (within 14 days)
If you wish to return an item or request a refund, you must contact us by email at contact@lesaristochats.fr within 14 days of receiving your order. In your message, please include:
We will review your request and reply with confirmation and the exact return instructions. Items must not be sent back before you have received our authorization and the correct return address, because returns are processed by our fulfilment warehouse and not at our company address. Any item sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or that are returned outside the agreed process may be refused.
Return shipping
Once your return is authorized, you will ship the item to the fulfilment warehouse address we provide. Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once the warehouse receives and inspects your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of the returned item being received and accepted. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or an error on our part.
Your statutory rights (EU)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. These policy terms are in addition to and do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
